Rainbow Play Therapy recognises that some children benefit more from group play therapy.

We offer group sessions if it is felt children's needs are better met in this way than by individual therapy.

Each child has different needs but group sessions can be particularly beneficial for children who, for example:

  • struggle with peer relationships

  • are socially excluded or bullied

  • have witnessed domestic violence

  • have suffered a bereavement or have serious illness in their family

  • are struggling to cope with divorce or separation

  • are Looked After Children or adopted children

  • are birth children in families with Looked After Children

If you know a child or group of children who you think could be helped by Rainbow Play Therapy's group sessions, please contact us here.
